About
I work at the intersection of management, operations, and technology. I start from an operational or administrative problem, reorganize it into a clear process with named ownership, then turn it into a system or product that can be measured and improved.
I have led work across PMOs, process development, governance, business development, and digital products. That includes systems for managing projects, initiatives, and reporting, and products and platforms that use artificial intelligence.
How I work:
- Name the problem and who owns it.
- Simplify the process before choosing a tool.
- Build a small model that can be tested.
- Measure the result, then scale what proves useful.
What I contribute:
- Project management and strategy execution: from a goal to a plan and follow-through that can be managed.
- Digital transformation and process improvement: redesigning how work happens, not moving paper onto screens.
- Governance and operating models: clear ownership, authority, and a decision path.
- Business development and digital products: from a need to a product people can use.
- Artificial intelligence and intelligent systems: where it saves time or improves a decision, not as a decorative layer.
- Data and decision support: indicators that are enough to manage, not reports nobody uses.
If the need is a system, a product, or an operating model, I can lead the path from understanding the problem to a testable model.
I document here what I learn and try in management, digital transformation, technical products, and artificial intelligence, when it turns knowledge into practical use and a better decision.
