| Best use | For developers switching among many directories in an interactive terminal. It learns from visited paths and helps you return; use explicit paths for scripts and deployments that require a fixed destination. | For developers reviewing features as small changes and revisiting earlier steps. Start with a separate practice clone to learn working copies and Bookmarks; delay team adoption until compatibility with required Git tooling is checked. | Use it when DSH sessions pile up and you need to identify old work, archive it first, then safely remove what is no longer needed while protecting running sessions. It fits recurring cleanup and finished projects; do not enable automatic deletion before previewing the policy and checking backups. |
